The following information must be included in the proposal: A 2-3 page summary to include: - Description of the organization, its objectives and primary activities - Summary of the proposed partnership - Geographical scope of the organization/program, demographics and specific populations served - Description of why the Foundation should participate in the partnership with emphasis on how it fits into the Foundation's mission Please submit requests in writing to: MMI Financial Education Foundation Attention: Grant Administrator 9009 West Loop South, 7th Floor Houston, Texas  77096   Or click here to apply online.
